Those who complain the most about toxic EUNE community, often are toxic themselves. And the most toxic players don't realise that they are toxic, no no no, everyone else is, but they are not. So they transfer to EUW and thus toxicity on EUW grows.

I had much worse experience on my EUW and NA smurfs than on my EUNE main, NA seems to be particularly bad.
